Resolution

  • Breaking the vicious cycle
  • Recruit examiners from outside
  • Spend available resources
  • Conduct examination under prompt surveillance
  • Nobody will be allowed to damage the future of students
  • Meanwhile improve the quality of education through various inexpensive interventions

Long-term strategy

 There is no way beyond conducting proper exams. This will turn vicious cycle into virtuous cycle. Improving the overall educational quality.

Good exam - Good students - Good teachers - Better  educational outcomes - Good exam
