  • Sticking to BNSS and Court directives; arrest to be made only after concrete evidence is obtained. 
  • Ensure identity of victim and accused is kept secret. Media should be given delayed reports. In case of violations by fourth pillar, prompt prosecution should be taken.
  • Police should support rehabilitation of falsely accused.
Mistakes are part and parcel of activity. It is the courage to admit it and take corrective action that matters.
